What is included regardless of the term you choose
We do not hold anything back for the longer plans. The only thing that changes between terms is how long it lasts and what it works out at per month.

Honesty
What is not included
Being clear about this in advance is why we get very few refund requests.
- Hardware. If your television is too old, a streaming stick is your own purchase and usually costs less than one month of subscription.
- Your broadband. We cannot make a weak or congested connection carry HD reliably, and we will tell you if we think that is your situation.
- A second simultaneous stream. That needs an additional connection, priced separately.
- Any guarantee about a specific named channel, competition or film. We describe categories, not brand names.

How you pay
We confirm the amount in writing first, then send a payment request. We never store your card details and we will never ask you to send card numbers in a chat message.
If you change your mind
Consumers buying at a distance in Ireland have a statutory cancellation right. Because this is a digital service delivered immediately, there are conditions attached, and we explain them in full rather than burying them.
Before you commit
Check your device and your connection first. It takes one message and it is the single best predictor of whether you will be happy with the service.

Questions about the money side
Is the price shown the price I pay?
Yes. The large figure is the total for the whole term in euro. There is no setup fee, no activation fee and no separate charge for the setup help. If tax applies to your purchase it is included in the amount shown.
Why is the twelve-month term so much cheaper per month?
A single longer term costs us far less in administration, payment handling and repeat setup than twelve separate monthly purchases, so the saving goes back into the price. It is the same service on every term.
Can I upgrade from a month to a longer term?
Yes, and most people do exactly that. Finish the month, tell us you want to continue, and we move you onto the longer term. We do not force you to decide on day one.
What happens at the end of my term?
Access stops on the end date. Nothing is charged automatically because we do not store a payment method to charge. If you want to continue, you tell us and we set the next term up.
Do I pay more for a second television?
A subscription covers one stream at a time. You can install it on several devices in the house, but two people cannot watch different things simultaneously without an extra connection. Ask us for the cost before you order so there are no surprises.
